Called and got same day service and great service and price. They’re doing all my work now

I can’t recommend this company enough! From the moment I called, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us. They diagnosed the issue, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. There were no surprises or pressure—just honest, quality service. What really stood out was how they went above and beyond by returning after the initial problem caused an additional problem with the bathroom sinks. They even took the time to resolve the issue well past service hours and had it fixed in no time! They made sure our AC was running perfectly before they left. They paid attention to the little details, answered all of our questions, and made us feel like valued customers instead of just another service call. If you’re looking for an HVAC company that is honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and truly cares about its customers, this is the one to call. We’ll definitely be using them again and will happily recommend them to family and friends!

This is a late review but long deserved. This company is family owned and operated which I'm always a fan for. They understand the urgency of a nonworking system, and they keep a good schedule for yearly maintenance. David and Pete have helped me through the years with my old A/C system to keep it going until I was able to save enough money for the upgrade. Every time they have come out for repairs, they would help me understand which type of configuration is best for my house. When it was time for the replacement their crew laid out mats over the floor to maintain cleanliness and completed the installation in one day. We went with a huge upgrade from the original system utilizing a zoning system as well. The heating system no longer burns us out when upstairs during the winter and we can maintain lower humidity, cooler air, and less compressor consumption during the summer. Without their professional advice I would have never known about this zoning system. Air of Houston gets to know their customers and house layout for the best results and that alone deserves more than just 5 starts and a good review, I will always recommend them and request my entire family to only use Air of Houston.

I’ve had two great experiences with Air of Houston. Two different services calls, two different technicians, both highly knowledgeable and competent! Great service can be rare but I’ve been impressed with this company both times! I highly recommend. The fee to come out is reasonable and response time is quick.

Once again, Air of Houston to the rescue! AC stopped this morning. Above and beyond with Sandra and Dave working through our problem overthe phone. Sandra booked us an appointment with a repair person, but she didn't just leave it at that -- she got our error number and then walked us through the possible fixes (KISS method). When that didn't do it, she tapped Dave, who, with his expertise, was able to diagnose it over the phone and stayed with us as we followed his instructions. AIR BACK AGAIN. We Houstonians know the relief when that happens. If it hadn't been that particular fix, we still had an appointment for today. They installed our AC years ago and have faithfully taken care of us (and a couple of rent houses we have). Honest and always go the extra mile.

We just had our third unit installed and as the others it was a great experience. Installers were very professional, clean up was great, price was fair. It’s so nice to have a great AC/heating company you can count on if you need them.

On a Sunday which was also Father's day I called them up because my A/C would not turn on. David was here in under 20 min and cold air pumping in a hour. I also had a different unit replaced in my house A 5 man crew arived and completed the job fast and did a very professional job at it. They will now do all my rental properties in the future. I highly recommend them.

Extremely professional - came to my house early the same day I called they were able to solve the issue quick checked on the rest of the system. All was good and I extremely recommend.

Air of houston went above and beyond our expectations to get us a generator. We can't say enough to describe the level of service that was given and not a moment to soon as we lost power last night for several hours.l highly recommend them!

Friendly, fast and excellent service

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife and I had just purchased our new home, and the day before we were scheduled to move in, the A/C stopped working. Naturally, we were stressed and trying to figure out what to do. Late that night, around 9:30 PM, my wife decided to call Air of Houston. Honestly, we weren’t expecting anyone to answer—we were just trying to find out their business hours so we could call back the next day and schedule an appointment. To our surprise, someone answered the phone and took the time to help us. They told us to call back in the morning, and when we did, they already had us scheduled for service that same morning. The technician arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue, clearly explained what was wrong, and even took the time to show my wife how to properly operate the system. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. We had never heard of Air of Houston before buying this house, but after this experience, they have earned customers for life. If you’re looking for a company that is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about its customers, I highly recommend Air of Houston.

This company is real, I had a company come out to check air conditioner. House was so 🔥 they said there was nothing they could do, offered a $4k bandaid. Then Mr David i called air of Houston told Mr David what was going on he said text my address 😳 see you in 30 minutes. He came in and was a straight forward person, told us what we needed, gave us options. Told us he wouldn't leave us in the heat! The house was so cold that night I was wondering if I needed a new unit. He kept his word. Two days later the crew came 7am as promised. They were fast efficient and clean. That's a great crew! Outstanding job.

They called their tech and called me back and were at my house in 30 minutes! We had AC back before dinner! Pricing was reasonable and they were knowledgeable and Super kind!! I highly recommend calling Air of Houston for any of your AC needs!!

They were easy to talk to and did my repair without any problems. The mechanic knew what the problem was real quick.

I have worked with Air of Houston for several years and currently use their maintenance plan in the spring and fall. Exceptional Service! I called and explained I had a very difficult system (Seer 18 Variable Speed). I was recommended by several people to call and that David would get it handled. He called and troubleshooted it over the phone and got it fixed immediately. Several other contractors told me it couldn’t be fixed. I highly recommend Air of Houston and I will be a customer for life! Thank you!

Highly Recommend! My tenant let me know on Friday at 3pm that her ac wasn’t blowing cold air. I called a few other companies first who wanted to put a credit card on hold before even coming to assess the problem. Called Air of Houston and they said they’d get a technician out within the hour. Pete, our technician, gave my tenant a courtesy call and actually showed up as promised. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Super reasonable pricing and great customer service all around. I’ll be a repeat customer -super prompt, friendly, and fair.
