Like always Air Of Houston is absolutely professional in their workmanship, polite and just all round pleasant experience because they leave you the assurance your air-conditioner will perform as it needs to. I would never even consider changing what I have because they are the best. My tech Rudy is the BEST!

Exceptional support, would recommend. My AC died on a Saturday afternoon it hit 100 outside. I reached out at 6 pm; someone was at my house by 7 investigating. I didn't have the luxury of time to research vendors, especially since I needed to get this addressed asap, but I think I lucked out and managed to pick who I would have picked anyway with the benefit of more time to research. The gentleman (I forgot his name) who came out was awesome. Very straight forward, no sales pressure, and this subtle dry sense of humor that somehow made my coil leak less defeating. He answered all of my questions, and then again when I had a second wave of them. Provided me with guidance, advice, and opinions on what I could do, what I should do, and what he would do.

Air of Houston responded very quickly to our needs. Install crew was efficient and friendly. Customer service extremely proactive regarding follow up. Will continue utilizing them for my air conditioning and heating needs. Highly recommend!!!

Called for service and someone was sent that day. This was incredible considering the heat wave we are in. My problem was fixed the day!!

Fantastic service. After the initial service call determined my existing mini split AC system had failed, they quickly arranged to bring and install a replacement system the next day. I couldn't have asked for anything better, service wise.

Air of Houston is truly a blessing. Their team is passionate about what they do and consistently demonstrates honesty, professionalism, and integrity. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I first contacted Air of Houston during a very stressful situation after a technician from another well-known HVAC company accidentally knocked a major pipe loose in my attic, causing significant flooding in my home. Air of Houston came to my rescue immediately. They provided temporary cooling units to keep my family comfortable until the necessary part arrived on the next business day. I absolutely love the staff at Air of Houston. They are knowledgeable, dependable, and always put their customers first. I trust their judgment completely and continue to rely on them for all of my HVAC needs. I highly recommend Air of Houston to anyone looking for exceptional service and a company that genuinely cares about its customers.

I can’t recommend this company enough! From the moment I called, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us. They diagnosed the issue, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. There were no surprises or pressure—just honest, quality service. What really stood out was how they went above and beyond by returning after the initial problem caused an additional problem with the bathroom sinks. They even took the time to resolve the issue well past service hours and had it fixed in no time! They made sure our AC was running perfectly before they left. They paid attention to the little details, answered all of our questions, and made us feel like valued customers instead of just another service call. If you’re looking for an HVAC company that is honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and truly cares about its customers, this is the one to call. This is a late review but long deserved. This company is family owned and operated which I'm always a fan for. They understand the urgency of a nonworking system, and they keep a good schedule for yearly maintenance. David and Pete have helped me through the years with my old A/C system to keep it going until I was able to save enough money for the upgrade. Every time they have come out for repairs, they would help me understand which type of configuration is best for my house. When it was time for the replacement their crew laid out mats over the floor to maintain cleanliness and completed the installation in one day. We went with a huge upgrade from the original system utilizing a zoning system as well. The heating system no longer burns us out when upstairs during the winter and we can maintain lower humidity, cooler air, and less compressor consumption during the summer. Without their professional advice I would have never known about this zoning system. Air of Houston gets to know their customers and house layout for the best results and that alone deserves more than just 5 starts and a good review, I will always recommend them and request my entire family to only use Air of Houston.

I’ve had two great experiences with Air of Houston. Two different services calls, two different technicians, both highly knowledgeable and competent! Great service can be rare but I’ve been impressed with this company both times! I highly recommend. The fee to come out is reasonable and response time is quick.

Once again, Air of Houston to the rescue! AC stopped this morning. Above and beyond with Sandra and Dave working through our problem overthe phone. Sandra booked us an appointment with a repair person, but she didn't just leave it at that -- she got our error number and then walked us through the possible fixes (KISS method). When that didn't do it, she tapped Dave, who, with his expertise, was able to diagnose it over the phone and stayed with us as we followed his instructions. AIR BACK AGAIN. We Houstonians know the relief when that happens. If it hadn't been that particular fix, we still had an appointment for today. They installed our AC years ago and have faithfully taken care of us (and a couple of rent houses we have). Honest and always go the extra mile.

We just had our third unit installed and as the others it was a great experience. Installers were very professional, clean up was great, price was fair. It’s so nice to have a great AC/heating company you can count on if you need them.

On a Sunday which was also Father's day I called them up because my A/C would not turn on. David was here in under 20 min and cold air pumping in a hour. I also had a different unit replaced in my house A 5 man crew arived and completed the job fast and did a very professional job at it. They will now do all my rental properties in the future. I highly recommend them.

Air of houston went above and beyond our expectations to get us a generator. We can't say enough to describe the level of service that was given and not a moment to soon as we lost power last night for several hours.l highly recommend them!
